Sliding door handle assembly fitment

I'm looking to replace my existing sliding door handle with your product code # 82-003. All dimensions are the same, just wondering if lock can be reversed if needed. Thanks.

1" door 3-15/16 screw dimensions latch 7/8" from base to top.

Hello, thank you for posting,
The 82-003 is designed to work on left and right hand facing doors interchangeably. Note that the thumb latch is only held on by a screw. You would just unscrew it, flip it over, and put it back on. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
