Need a handle replacement anyone know the name of the lock itself to buy the full kit new

Hi there. It looks like you need a handle set with the thumb lever perfectly centered between the mounting holes. I also believe your handle set has 3-15/16" hole spacing. If so, see our 82-030 or keyed 82-030A. I think these should work for your door, but note that neither come in a brass finish. I apologize for any inconvenience.
