Need handle and lock set for sliding door,
Pp Herculite BS 6206-1981-A

Thanks for posting. That code is just for the glass, not the door itself; in any event, the most reliable way to identify sliding glass door handle sets and locks is pictures of the existing hardware. Based on the external pull, I suspect the 82-081 Keyed Handle Set could work for you. Please compare. Note that this handle set only comes in white. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you need the mortise lock as well, the 82-238 might be what you need; but please compare, and send photos of the old mortise lock if you are uncertain.

I see three tags on the sliding door. Both the slider and static portion of door have barcodes which include sales order numbers and other barcodes 999901197833 & 999901197891. There is a gold tag inside upper track which I can't totally make out but contains NFRC -100/200/500, HII-3-37, 04-M.

The handle has broken off but I've attached pic of what remains of interior hardware. I attached external hardware pic previously.

Thanks for these photos. Looking at this, I do believe our 82-081 is our best option for you. It's currently only available in white, but as long as the hole spacing is 4-15/16" it should still work for you.

Yes, the two installation holes are paramount. The middle hole is less relevant since the thumb lever of this kind of handle is always centered.
