Requesting assistance with replacement part for sliding door handle. Handle size 7 x 4 inches, length for screw holes 5 inches apart

Your handle set looks like an old-style version of the 82-080. We also offer the keyed 82-081 version of this handle set. Note that both portions have 4-15/16" hole center spacing as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
