Sliding door handle replacement

I cannot find any numbers or markings on our sliding door handle. If this is not enough information to
identify the handle pls let me know what I can send to help. Wife very interested in brushed nickel finish if possible.

Take a look and compare your dimensions to our 82-087 keyed handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing to see if this matches up to your original hardware.
