Sliding door handle replacement

I need to replace my sliding glass door handle. I have the R-PG20-3658 x 2438 (144 x 96) - SD.

Hello there. I am afraid I can't cross-reference those codes with anything. Can you show me pictures of the handle set, as well as the lock in the door it interacts with? That would help a ton in narrowing down your options.

We actually just bought longer screws and that worked. I think they ends of the screws had become stripped.
