Sliding door handle replacement

Please assist in sourcing a replacement sliding door handle with locking key. The measurements are 3 15/16 inches. Please see attached photos and advise.

Hey there. This is an older handle set, but we should be able to help. Can you show me the lock in the door this handle set works with? That'll narrow down your options.

Thank you! I think our best option, based on the information given, would be our 82-261. The design is a little different but it has the same hole spacing and a similar key lock. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

Hello - yes, I saw that model. My only concern is that the lock mechanism is pointed down rather than up. I have attached photos. Is there any way to make a modification to match?

Sure, the hook is fully reversible. It's design to work in any orientation. You just need to unscrew the thumb lever, remove the spring temporarily, and flip the hook over. Then you just put it back together and it's ready for use.
