Sliding door handle replacement needed

Hello,
Hoping you can help. Pictures attached?the 10-32 x 2" screws no longer tighten in the handle since it's now stripped. The measurement between the 2 screws is shown in picture. Not sure if it's 5" or less, perhaps 4-3/4? Does anyone know what we can replace this handle with?
