Sliding door handle with integrated lock

Question

My locksmith can't find a replacement handle with lock for this sliding patio door. Installed around 1981. Spacing on the holes is approximately 6"

Thanks for posting. The door's internal lock looks a little like our 82-218, but it's different enough that I'm not certain. I recommend comparing the dimensions below to your old lock to confirm.

If this matches, your handle set is pretty unusual to see with this kind of lock, and was likely retrofitted to the door. We recommend using a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing like our 82-030 as a substitute. You'd have to drill new holes to install this. Take a look and let me know what you think.
