Sliding door handle with lock

We need the handle that fits this door and home Depot doesn't have it the previous owner Jimmy rigged it as you can see

I don't think your exact handle is around anymore, but our 82-009A looks like it functions the same way. Look it over and let me know what you think. Take special note of the hole spacing, which is 4-15/16" on ours, center to center. I'm not sure what yours is.
