Sliding door handle and lock

looking for this sliding door handle and lock or something better will like also to have a handle on the outside

Compare our 82-002K Flush Mount Handle Set to your old hardware. Compare the dimensions to compare it works. I am afraid these handle sets do not have compatible outside pulls. All they can use are indoor pulls such as the 88-002. Apologies for any inconvenience.
