Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-244 mortise lock to see how it compares to your original. 

For the handle set, does your original have a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center? If so, you have a few different style options available. Start by taking a look at the 82-020 or 82-032 that can be adapted with the 82-310 key lock for exterior access.

Also review the 82-030A handle set that already has an exterior key lock installed. Take a look and let me know what you think!
