Sliding door handles

A home owner from West Palm Beach, Fl says:

Good Morning ,

I'm trying to identify and replace the locking handles on my sliding doors. They are older doors , I think from the 70's.. the screws are 6 5/8" apart , the plate is approx 7 1/4" long and 7/8" wide , the top of the internal latch starts approx 1 7/8" from the bottom of the plate and slides up to approx 2 1/4" from the plate bottom.

Hope this helps to identify ..

Thankyou ,

Ken
