Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-226 mortise lock and 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing. The compatible keepers are the 89-020 and 89-021D, depending on the depth. Review the specifications and see how these parts compare with your old hardware.
