Question

My door is 15 years old. Picture #4 (24731) is what's broke.It the inside of picture #5(24730). It won't latch to lock the door. Do you recognize or have these parts? Do you sell just that part or the whole handle assembly? And if so, the cost? Thank you.

Starting off with your latch lever, our 82-240 looks very similar to yours. Moving on to your mortise lock, our closest match appears to be the 82-238. Lastly, for the striker, our 89-030 looks like a good match. If you wish to replace your handle set all together, our 82-081 may do the trick. Take a look at all the parts mentioned and let us know if we can be of any further help to you.
