Sliding door latch

Question

Trying to indentify a replacement part. It's has IWC inscribed on the outside. The spring loading of the handle that engages the door lock is disconnected or broken so there's no spring mechanism and the lock is permanently closed.
cannot see any external screws to unscrew the sliding door handle.
