The end of the part (shown) broke off so when the latch is lifted there is nothing for it to catch on. I need this part. It is about 1.75 inches long and about .75 deep.

Hey Louise. This looks reminiscent of a keeper like our 89-003; but to be safe, can you show me the lock and handle that interacts with this keeper? That would help in narrowing down all your options. Many thanks.

In reference to the previous email, attached is a picture of the lever. The part I need actually reaches into the space where the latch is activated.

Thanks! This is a huge help. In that case, our 89-003 keeper remains my top recommendation. I suggest looking over our dimensions just to be 100% sure that everything aligns.
