Sliding door latch

Question

I am moving into a place and the lock lever is stuck in the open position and will not move into the position, allowing the lock to engage. We also don't have the key. I'd like to order sufficient parts for everything to be replaced. Can you recommend which parts I should order?

Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-081 keyed handle set that has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Also compare the dimensions of the 82-238 mortise lock and 89-030 keeper. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
