Sliding door latch mechanism.

Older model sliding patio door. Latch evidently worn out and will not operate as usual. There are no names evident, but there is a symbol that looks like an abstract Sc on the side of the lock mechanism. (See picture). I tried to use a ruler for help in your identification.
