Our sliding door lock does not work. Can you provide information on the type of lock that should be replaced. Thanks

Sure, take a look at our 82-238 mortise. I believe this will work for you. We also sell the 82-080 handle set, if you needed that, too.

I will try that. Thanks
Do you have a video on how to replace the lock.

We don't have a video on this hardware in particular, unfortunately, but replacing the lock is very simple. It just screws into the door frame, before you install the handle.

Hi is it possible for the handle not working properly and lock working well. Which one usually breaks down.
Thanks

In my experience, the mortise is what fails first, which in turn leads to the handle breaking.

Hi the width of the old lock is 3/4 inches. Does the company sell a mortise lock for this size or you know of another which would fit.

We don't have a lock in this style with a 3/4" width. Are you sure it's not 11/16"? As far as I know, this mortise was only ever made in this size.

I will check again. Thanks

Great! Then I think the parts we recommended will work well.
