Park model slider lock set just pulled out of door with the key. What part do I need?

Did you only need the key cylinder? If so, see our 82-302 and compare our dimensions and information to yours. I think this is a good possibility.

Our tumbler looks fine, we're just not sure what holds it in the door, as in, why did it pull out?

The key cylinder kind of fits into a pocket molded to the shape of the key and its extended retainer. If yours fell out, it's possible that retainer failed. See the video below for more insight on how these install.
