I believe this is part 82-218 or 82-243 but wanted to check! And what handle goes with the part pictured?

I think you are right on the money with your mortise lock product codes. These mortise locks can be used with a multitude of door handles. If you can tell us the distance between the mounting screw holes on your door or show us the existing handle, I'm sure we can help you find a match.
