Sliding door lock

Question

Sliding door will not lock, i was able to narrow that the lock is broken. I do not have an part number but I want to make sure that DOUBLE HOOK MORTISE LOCK is the correct part, in addition I added the photo of the hinge where the door meets as I would like to replace that part as well, hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

Your mortise lock looks like a match to our 82-238, which is compatible with our 89-030 and 89-036 keepers. Make sure the dimensions on our product page match up to your mortise and you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
