I have a MI windows and doors sliding glass door. The locking mechanism no longer stays closed. Do you sell the replacement part? See photos. Thanks!

Hello,
This mortise lock has a similar design to the 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock. Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement.
The lock is compatible with the 82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Lever. Be sure to compare the lever on your existing handle set to confirm it is a match. If not, I'm happy to take a look at the handle set to determine if that might need to be replaced as well.
