Thanks for your post! This patio handle set reminds me of the 82-087 Legacy Keyed Handle Set, in brass. The 82-086 is the same handle set available in a few other finishes.

The mortise lock, sold separately from the set, can be replaced with the 82-226 Mortise Lock. Be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.
