Sliding door lock & handle

Hi,
I have a old sliding door with this lock and the previous owner lost the key.
Is it possible to get this part or a whole new set up?

Hello,

It looks like you need either the 82-003 with 3-15/16" hole spacing, which can be used with the 82-306 for keyed entry, or the 82-055K Acorn keyed handle set with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Review the specifications and see which option will work for your door. Thanks for posting!
