Sliding door lock replacement

A quick learner from Alabama says:
Hello, I'm looking to add a lock to an existing sliding door handle (manufacturer unknown). Could you recommend parts necessary? Would the 82-008 work? We were also told by a window person that the sliding door was installed backwards (180 degrees), if this makes a difference. Thanks!

Hello there. Take a look at the 82-002K Keyed Flush Mount Handle Set. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this could work for you. The door being upside-down shouldn't effect the handle set's compatibility, so long as it matches the one you have. Let me know if you have further questions.
