Sliding door locking handle

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to get a good look at the interior handle but from what I can see, I'm reminded of the 82-033. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole center spacing so you'll want to make sure yours is the same as well. The 82-310 key lock can also be adapted to the exterior pull.

As for the lock, see if the specifications of the 82-218 match what you need.
