thanks for your post! Your patio door handle set reminds me of the 82-032 White Handle Set. Although, you'll need to double check the distance between the installation holes to confirm that it is a match. 

To convert this to keyed handle set, you'll need the 82-310 Key Lock. There is a tutorial, tagged below, with instructions on how to install it in a handle set.

The mortise lock appears to be a match for the 82-244 Patio Mortise Lock and Keeper set. To confirm that this is the right replacement, be sure to compare its specifications. This is sold separately from the handle set.

Sure! If you don't mind a change in color, the 82-033 is the same handle set, made in black. For this set, you can either convert the handle using the 82-310 or purchase the 82-306 Keyed Exterior Sliding Door Pull. 

Another option is the 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set.
