We do not carry an exact replacement for your handle set but the 82-002WK is similar. I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications to yours, paying close attention to the installation hole spacing and orientation of the locking hook. Thank you!

The 7 1/4 and 6 5/8 dimensions check out. Does it have a screw that you can change the latch from left hand to right hand? The dimension from top to the screw is 5 1/2", is that the same as yours? If it all checks out I would like to order 3 in white.

Yes, the hook can be flipped to face the left or right. The measurement from the very top of the handle plate to the center of the of the screw that holds the hook in place is closer to 5-7/8".
