Sliding door mortice latch set

Trying to find an exact match for the pictures latch set. The mortice oval is 3/4" x 4-1/2" and the mounting screws are #8-32s, 3-1/2" center-to-center.The latch is activated by a lever in the door pull. Is this something you have in stock?
