Sliding door mortise lock

Hi! I need a replacement mortise latch for this sliding glass door. On the side of the door, the screw holes are 10 cm apart and the width of the opening is about 12 mm.

Hello there. The handle set looks like the 82-086. I suspect the mortise lock was the 82-218, but please review to confirm.
