Thanks for reaching out! If you are looking to replace the entire handle set, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the handles and I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes. 

This mortise lock can be replaced with the 82-218 Mortise Lock. It is sold separately from the handle set.
