Sliding door outside handles

I need to replace two sliding door outside handles. The sliding doors are Jordan Windows installed in 2004. The outside handles measure 6" tall, 1" wide, 1" deep and held in place by two screws coming from the inside handles that are 4" apart. Can you help me?

We don't have this exact pull, but I feel confident that our 82-042 will fit on your door the same way. Look it over and see what you think.
