Sliding door parts

Our 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole spacing can replace the handle set with the top-mounted thumb lever without adaptation as long as there is an offset locking bar behind the thumb latch that engaged with the mortise at the center of the handle set. I would recommend removing your inside handle to confirm if this is the case. 

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the internal mortise lock that works with this assembly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this part of the repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
