Sliding door replacement handles

The part that broke is the outside piece. It has protruding posts unlike the handles I bought from Swisco. 3-15/16" c-c screw holes.

Can you find one that fits?

I see you recently ordered the 82-086 legacy keyed handle set. Your other handle looks like our 82-044. Take a look. Is this what you're looking for?
