We are returning the 81-247 rollers we bought that we're too big and sending pictures of the ones we need, per your customers service representative to see if you can match it and we would need 4 each. These came off of a mirror sliding door in motorhome, thanks.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that your purchase did not work out for you. There is a chance that we might be able to supply you with a replacement for your roller however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm.

To start, please provide the exact dimensions of your roller. Take a look at the diagrams below for reference for an idea of the measurements we'll need from you.

the width of our roller is 1/2" not 9/16", the diameter is the same as the one in photo, the 81-247 would almost work the diameter was just too wide.

Thanks for confirming! The 9/16" measurement is only about 1/16" off from the 1/2" measurement you have. Theoretically, this roller should work in place of your existing roller.

If it will not fit in the door, I'm afraid that we do not have a replacement roller that would work in its place.
