Sliding door roller assembly

Hello. We had a sliding door installed roughly 10 years ago. There is a tag on the sliding door that says Silverline Product ID 5800. I took the sliding door out and 2 of the wheels are frozen (one in each assembly). Are you able to identify what I need based on the photos?  Thank you
