Sliding door roller part

Dear charmac,

we own a sliding door made by your company and one of the sliding wheels broke.

I am having a hard time finding a replacement part. I am attaching a photo of the part that i need.

Do you have this in stock and if not, what are you suggestions?

Hello, Steve. I think you may have us confused with another company. We are SWISCO.com, not Charmac. That said, we still may be able to help. See our 23-064 roller. This may work as a replacement for your pictured hardware.
