How do I get the wheel out to replace...or can I just buy the exact same assembly?

Hello! Replacing the wheel would require drilling out the axle and installing a new one in its place. It may be easier to just replace the entire assembly. In your case, my recommendation would be the 81-144. Make sure to review our dimensions before you buy anything to ensure that they all line up.
