Sliding door rollers

Question

Hello, you all helped me with another project. I am hoping you can help again.
I have a sliding door from 1999. The wheels have rusted and it doesn't really roll as much as grind and slide.

I attached pics. The big issue to me send to be the screw holding the tiers into the door. It appears the screw is inside the door, not on the roller.

I can't figure out how to remove the wheels.

I tried to attach more photos of the screw holding in the rollers. It comes infrom the top, so I cannot figure out how to remove the wheels. The door is double paned and sealed.

It looks like the Adjustable Tandem Roller, 1-1/2" Concave 81-095 but I am defibrillator not sure and I spent over about half looking for a way to remove the roller assembly.

I would just drill out that screw and put in a different style that could screw into the frame from the bottom up but I don't want to risk ruining the entire doorway. Any thoughts

Hello,

Your roller appears to have some type of fastener at the top of the roller housing. I'm not sure how you could remove it without taking the glass out of the frame to access the screw head. One thought would be to see if you could use a set of Vise grips to turn the screw to loosen up the roller. Normally, these types of rollers, like the 81-095, are held in place by a screw at the end of the housing through the door stile. You can also check to see if the screw head has rusted off inside the door.
