Sliding door rollers

Our door is an SGD R20 96x96, and we need to replace the roller - see attached pictures. We ordered a "dual roller assembly, 1-1/4" Steel BB" but the wheel diameter is too small. Help?

Hello,

If all of the dimensions match up aside from the wheel diameter, you could replace the 1-1/4" diameter wheels with the 1-1/2" diameter wheels that come with our 81-272 roller and axle kit. Take a look and see if this could be a good solution for you. Thanks for posting!
