I have a customer whose lower track broke through and the door wheel now gets stuck and requires her to lift the handle in order to get the wheel past the broken part of the track. What is the part number of that piece? And can you point me to instructions on how to replace? Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the part shown in your photo but we do offer the 80-106 sliding glass door track shown below. Take a look at the specifications and our installation video to see if this could work for your application. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear you guys no longer carry this part. I believe the house was built roughly 30 years ago :-) I do appreciate the video on how to remove the sliding door! Thanks again.
