Sliding door wheel

I believe what you are showing in your photo is just the inside carriage of the roller. You'll need to remove the outer housing from the door frame to compare it to our parts. Once that's done, you can start by comparing the specifications of the 81-281 roller assembly to yours. Thanks for posting! 

There is a hole at the top of the 81-281 housing, which takes the 33-103 flat head machine screw. This screw attaches the housing to the bottom rail of the patio door. However, to access this screw you will need to remove the bottom rail from the door. You could leave the housing part in the door and just replace the inside carriage with the wheel if you'd prefer. Take another look at the bottom of your door and see if this is the case for your door and if the 81-281 roller matches yours.
