Number stamped on side is 6047.

I'm not sure what to recommend. I think this might be only the inside portion of a roller assembly. There might still be an outer housing still installed in the door. That said, I think this might be the 81-005. See if this is a match. I highly recommend removing the outer housing to confirm.
