Wheel Diameter is 3/8" body is 3/4"

Based on your photos, you may need the 81-004 patio glass door roller. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. Note that it looks like most of your original wheels have broken off. Thanks for posting!

81-004 won't work. The Diameter of the Wheel is 1-1/4". Is there another Roller that may work?

The size of the wheel may not be a problem since the height of the roller can be adjusted to compensate for the difference. If not, we also offer the 81-266 kit with 1-1/4" diameter wheels. You'll just need to confirm the rest of your housing dimensions match the 81-004.

Yes the body demsions are the same

We also carry the 81-023 roller with a 1-1/4" wheel but the housing dimensions differ slightly from the 81-004. Review both options and if you determine that the housing still matches the 81-004, you can use the 81-266 kit to swap out the wheel if needed.

1/8" difference at low. The smaller body I don't believe will work

Both rollers measure 1-5/8" from the bottom of the roller to the top of the housing while fully retracted. Ultimately, the dimensions of the housing are more important since it needs to fit in your door frame and the wheel can be adjusted or swapped out if needed.
