Sliding door will not extend out and lock.

The door will not lock. It seems the finger won't extend care enough to catch. The adjustment screw did not seem to help. Also one of the plastic screw holes to attach the latch mechanism is cracked Do you offer something to address this problem?

Hi Jim. Is this the original hardware of the door? Did the mortise lock work before this? Either the mortise is simply too 'far' from the keeper to catch, or the mortise is not 'flipping' entirely and may be broken. Could you show us a picture of your keeper as well? Many thanks.
