Sliding door won't latch

A home owner from Carmel, CA says:
Hello:
My door won't latch. The hook-like thing that goes up and down appears to be broken. I want to replace it, or the entire hardware set if necessary. Writing inside the handles says 2265, Taiwan, U.S. Patent 5125703, D340,398,
SASH CONTROLS, FERNDALE MI.

Please let me know if you have what I need, along with pricing info and how to order.
Thanks,
Bob

Your mortise lock looks similar to our 82-229. Take a look to see if it matches up to yours. If not, take a look at the 82-218 and reuse your existing trim plate.
