Sliding drawer backplate with 2mm opening for slide bar

I cannot find this backplate. It has two knobs in the back of it.

Thanks for writing in. 2mm is very small for the track to fit in, and the item in the photo is a bit too bright to make out properly. Can you please retake the photo and give us more dimensions? Many thanks.
