It's screwed into the back of the cabinet to support the rail of sliding kitchen drawer. The drawer is probably 20 years old by Yorktowne I believe. The right side is the part that broke (left side pictured), but I would take both left and right if available.
There is number on the part 6600

Hello! This socket looks very similar to our 32-119. I think this may be what you want but check it out and let me know what you think.
